Terms of Service
Effective date: 2 September 2026
These terms govern PBAV Local Uploader, an internal tool operated by OUR GROUPS APPLICATIONS LTD (company number 17428880), 5 Waterloo Close, Flitwick, Bedford, MK45 1FE, United Kingdom.
Authorised use
The client is restricted to authorised operators managing organisation-controlled content and channels. It is not a public upload service and must not be shared with unauthorised users.
YouTube terms
The client uses YouTube API Services. Its use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, applicable Community Guidelines and copyright rules.
Content responsibility
Before upload, the operator must confirm that the organisation is entitled to use and publish all selected video, audio, images and metadata. The client must not be used for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive material.
Upload and publication controls
- Uploads are private by default.
- The operator expressly initiates each upload or defined batch.
- Playlist and thumbnail actions apply only to the selected controlled package.
- Successful upload does not itself authorise publication.
- Publication or scheduling requires a separate individual review and approval.
- Updates and deletions must identify the affected content and be expressly authorised.
Prohibited conduct
The client must not scrape YouTube, circumvent restrictions, collect Google passwords, impersonate another channel, sell API data, create unauthorised profiles, or interfere with YouTube API Services.
Access, termination and availability
Google access can be revoked at Google Account third-party connections. The organisation may suspend the client if credentials, rights, identity, compliance or security are in doubt. Operation may be interrupted by quota, network, policy, account, processing or service conditions.
