Controlled publishing for Proper British Army Videos
PBAV Local Uploader is a private desktop tool operated by OUR GROUPS APPLICATIONS LTD. It uses YouTube API Services to place reviewed, organisation-controlled media on the Proper British Army Videos channel.
The tool is not a public upload service. Access is limited to an authorised channel operator, and every new upload starts as private.
Validated packages
The final video, title, description and corresponding thumbnail must be present before an item enters the upload queue.
Private by default
Uploads use resumable transfer and remain private for individual review before any publication decision.
Series organisation
Approved videos can be associated with their exact series playlist after upload.
Duplicate safeguards
Local hashes, recorded video IDs and live channel reconciliation reduce accidental duplicate uploads.
YouTube API Services
YouTube API integration for the organisation's own channel. YouTube does not sponsor or endorse PBAV Local Uploader.
The client authenticates through Google OAuth and uses YouTube Data API operations for channel verification, private video upload, metadata, thumbnails, playlists and controlled reconciliation. It does not ask for or store a Google password.
